Welcome to Arbor-Tech Tree Experts. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at server.webagencyexpert.com (the “Site”) and the tree care, removal, and related services (the “Services”) provided by Arbor-Tech Tree Experts (“Arbor-Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this Site or requesting our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and do not engage our Services.

1. About Our Services

Arbor-Tech Tree Experts provides professional tree care services throughout Bucks County, PA and surrounding areas, including but not limited to residential and commercial tree removal, emergency tree removal, crane-assisted removal, tree pruning and trimming, stump grinding, disease management, and lot clearing. All Services are subject to an on-site assessment, and final scope of work is confirmed in a written estimate prior to the start of any job, except in emergency circumstances where verbal authorization may be accepted to expedite hazard mitigation.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All written estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Additional charges may apply if concealed hazards, underground obstructions, structural complications, or changes to the agreed scope of work are discovered once a project begins. Any such changes will be communicated to the customer before additional work proceeds, where reasonably possible. Emergency service calls may be subject to different pricing due to the urgent nature of the work and resource availability.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Standard appointments are scheduled based on crew and equipment availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferred service dates and times. Customers may reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment by contacting us as far in advance as possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in a rescheduling fee or a requirement for deposit prior to future bookings. Emergency service requests are prioritized based on severity of hazard and crew availability and may not follow standard scheduling timelines.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the property, including the location of underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation lines, or other buried infrastructure not visible during inspection. Customers must ensure clear access to the work area and disclose any known hazards on the property. Arbor-Tech is not responsible for damage to undisclosed or unmarked underground utilities or structures. Customers are responsible for securing any necessary permits required by local municipalities for tree removal, where applicable, unless permit acquisition is explicitly included in the written estimate.

5. Property Access and Site Conditions

By scheduling Services, the customer grants Arbor-Tech crews and equipment reasonable access to the property necessary to complete the agreed work. While our crews take precautions to protect lawns, landscaping, driveways, and other property features, some incidental impact (such as tire tracks, minor turf disturbance, or debris during active work) may be unavoidable given the nature of tree care work. We will restore the work area to a clean and reasonable condition upon completion, consistent with the scope of the project.

6. Licensing, Insurance, and Safety

Arbor-Tech Tree Experts is fully licensed and insured, and our crews follow ANSI A300 standards for pruning and industry-standard safety practices for removal, crane operations, and hazardous tree work. Despite these precautions, tree care work carries inherent risks. Arbor-Tech’s liability for any loss or damage is limited to the extent permitted by law and by the terms of our insurance coverage. We carry general liability insurance and will provide proof of insurance upon request.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of Services unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing in advance. We accept the payment methods listed on our Site or as communicated by our office. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Any disputes regarding an invoice must be raised within a reasonable time of receipt so that we may address them promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arbor-Tech Tree Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our Services, including but not limited to loss of property value, loss of use, or delays caused by weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Website Use

The content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Arbor-Tech Tree Experts or its licensors and is provided for informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this Site accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that all content, including pricing references or service area listings, is free of errors at all times.

10. Service Area

While Arbor-Tech Tree Experts primarily serves Bucks County, PA and surrounding communities, service availability for a specific address is subject to confirmation. Listing of a city or zip code on this Site does not guarantee service availability at the time of a request.
